Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination.


YOU MUST HAVE A VALID IN DATE DBS AND BE ON THE UPDATE SERVICE


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office files and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Provide support to the management team.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
