Position: Supported Living Manager

The Role
As the Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our supported living services, managing a team of dedicated support staff. Your primary goal is to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards, all while promoting independence and ensuring the well-being of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supported living services for individuals with complex needs, ensuring person-centred care.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff members.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs, goals, and aspirations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC or equivalent), safeguarding, and best practices.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to ensure holistic support for individuals.
- Monitor budgets and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Implement and oversee risk management plans and health & safety procedures.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally and promptly to improve service delivery.
- Develop strategies to promote independence and community integration for individuals.
