Experienced Required:

Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
Holds experience of developing a range of therapeutic interventions and delivering group work & one-to-one interventions within a substance misuse setting.
Has experience of overseeing the operations of a centre.
Is proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and other required software programs.
Has the ability to manage delegated financial budgets
Is able to effectively manage the performance of a team and the professional development of a diverse group of employees and volunteers.
Can successfully manage challenging behaviour.
Holds the ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the role.
Will engage in continuous professional development.

Hours of work:

The post-holder is expected to be flexible with regards to working hours in order to meet the requirements of the post, and if necessary to work unsocial hours, you will be expected to travel to other locations to attend business meetings/conferences or other business needs.
