We are recruiting for a home care provider who is based in Urmston and provides domiciliary care across Trafford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Travel across the Trafford area, working in designated localities to meet the needs of our service.
  • Clear communication is essential, so candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in clients' needs to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to travel as required by the service.
  • Must be able to work full time hours (32-26 hours weekly), work a mix of early and late shifts. Earlies - 7am-2pm - Lates 4pm-10pm. Alternate weekends
  • Must be able to provide personal care for male and females?
