Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship.
Travel across the Trafford area, working in designated localities to meet the needs of our service.
Clear communication is essential, so candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in clients' needs to the management team.
