Role Overview:

As a Sales Advisor for the ECO4 Grants, you will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, explaining the benefits of the ECO4 Scheme, and helping potential clients navigate the application process. Your role will be crucial in assisting homeowners with securing the financial assistance needed to improve the energy efficiency of their homes

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification: Handle and qualify incoming leads by assessing customer eligibility for the ECO4 grant scheme.
Consultative Sales Approach: Educate clients on the benefits of the ECO4 Scheme, including energy savings, home comfort, and property value enhancement.
Customer Support: Provide clear guidance and support to homeowners through the application process, answering queries and explaining the requirements.
Follow-ups and Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up communications with potential clients to ensure they understand the steps involved in the grant process.
Data Entry & CRM Management: Log all client interactions in the CRM system and track the progress of leads from initial contact through to application submission.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
