We are a leading provider of home energy efficiency upgrades, specializing in the UK government’s ECO4 grant scheme. Our mission is to help homeowners reduce energy consumption, lower heating bills, and increase property values through funding for essential home improvements. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and play a key role in handling incoming leads for the ECO4 Scheme.


Role Overview:

As a Sales Advisor for the ECO4 Grants, you will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, explaining the benefits of the ECO4 Scheme, and helping potential clients navigate the application process. Your role will be crucial in assisting homeowners with securing the financial assistance needed to improve the energy efficiency of their homes


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Handle and qualify incoming leads by assessing customer eligibility for the ECO4 grant scheme.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Educate clients on the benefits of the ECO4 Scheme, including energy savings, home comfort, and property value enhancement.
  • Customer Support: Provide clear guidance and support to homeowners through the application process, answering queries and explaining the requirements.
  • Follow-ups and Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up communications with potential clients to ensure they understand the steps involved in the grant process.
  • Data Entry & CRM Management: Log all client interactions in the CRM system and track the progress of leads from initial contact through to application submission.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role within the energy or home improvement sector.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to build rapport quickly and offer solutions that match the customer’s needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and appointments.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of ECO4 Scheme: Familiarity with the ECO4 Scheme and the types of home improvements covered is a plus (but not required as training will be provided).
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn quickly is preferred.
