Key Skills & Experience:

Medication administration, must be competent - essential
Moving and Handling , Practical certificate - essential
Previous experience working as a Support Worker or in a care-related role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
A genuine passion for supporting others, with empathy and a caring nature.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
A flexible approach to working hours, including the possibility of night shifts and weekends.
Enhanced DBS check required (we can assist in arranging this).
A positive attitude with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect for individuals.
