Driver essential (40p per mile expense paid)
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or emotional and behavioural difficulties, is desirable.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent is preferred.
A passion for supporting children and young people, with patience, empathy, and resilience.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
