Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities, autism, or complex needs in a meaningful and engaging setting? We are looking for a Group Facilitator to join a well-established multi-sensory service, providing therapeutic, person-centred group sessions to people with a wide range of support needs.

About the Role

As a Group Facilitator, you’ll help create a welcoming and nurturing environment. You’ll support participants and their carers, set up and maintain sensory rooms, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate tailored group sessions using sensory equipment
Prepare therapeutic spaces and perform health and safety checks
Build trusting, respectful relationships with participants and carers
Support others in running sessions effectively and safely
Complete admin tasks and maintain equipment
Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

Hours: Shifts are available 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00-20:30

Full time hours are 37.5 per week, a minimum of 20 hrs will be considered. To be worked flexibly on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the needs of the service.
