Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Whalley Range Mental Health Recovery Service. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health support


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a mental health recovery service
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, students, and volunteers
  • Conduct holistic assessments and develop personalised recovery support plans
  • Ensure effective risk management and safeguarding procedures
  • Work closely with external professionals and agencies for wrap-around support
  • Promote service user involvement and independence
  • Monitor quality standards, service outcomes, and compliance with CQC regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or autism services
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and a person-centered approach to care. ​
  • Relevant Level 5 qualification or equivalent (e.g., RMN, DipSW)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the recovery model and mental health legislation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service users and professionals are essential
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
