Located in our Urmston office, we are looking for an organised individual that can build relationships with the our providers and facilitate a concise booking process and ultimately grow the accounts that you will be looking after

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Staffing Coordinator to join our Urmston office. You will be responsible for:

Managing client accounts and staffing requests
Building and maintaining strong relationships with providers
Coordinating and booking shifts quickly and accurately
Working with our internal recruitment and compliance teams
Supporting the growth and retention of client accounts

Working Hours & Pay

Initial Training Period: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Post-Training Rotating Shifts:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 10:00am – 5:00pm
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm
Alternate weekends required: 7:00am – 10:00pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Overtime: Paid at £12.21 per hour
Commission: Approx. £12,000 per year if targets are met
