About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for flexible agency work, part-time shifts, or a new permanent role, we have opportunities available at a neurological centre in Ipswich. They support people to thrive after a brain injury and/or a range of other neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. They are committed to providing innovative neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care and disability management to improve the quality of life for people with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Administer medication and monitor patient response
  • Support patients with risk assessments and care planning
  • Work collaboratively with MDTs (Multidisciplinary Teams)
  • Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards
  • Promote recovery and positive mental well-being

Requirements:

  • NMC registered as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Valid right to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a mental health setting
  • Up-to-date PMVA/MAPA training (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, patient-focused attitude
