Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
- Encourage independence and engagement in meaningful activities
- Maintain accurate care notes and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all residents
- Work as part of a team and hand over clearly between shifts.
- Safeguard service users by following care plans, risk assessments and policies.
