🧩 About the Role


As a Healthcare On-boarder, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our healthcare professionals are fully prepared and compliant to deliver exceptional care. You’ll manage the full recruitment and onboarding journey—from initial screening to training coordination and compliance approval.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate scenario-based interviews and communicate role expectations.
  • Guide candidates through our application and documentation process.
  • Provide a clear and seamless communcation channel between applicants and the organisation.
  • Enrol candidates in mandatory training and monitor progress.
  • Compile and verify documentation including PVG, Right to Work, references, and more.
  • Liaise with internal teams to fast-track compliance and shift scheduling.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintain weekly onboarding reports.
