Role: Support Workers

Location: Inverness/Highlands

Pay: Up to £15.25 per hour

Hours: Flexible – be in control of when and where you work!

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with collegues and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supported living environment within the community. We're looking for experienced staff in and around Inverness with the ability to travel in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with mobility and physical activity
Monitoring and recording health conditions
Engaging with service users to provide emotional support and companionship, as well as helping them maintain their home
Assisting with meals and hydration
Ensuring a safe and clean environment
For Support Workers – administering medication

This is an agency-based role where you will have the ability to work in different locations. Please note that we do not provide sponsorship.
