Experience required:

Minimum 6 months’ paid UK experience in children’s settings (e.g. residential children’s homes, EBD, autism/LD, supported living, semi-independent)
Strong safeguarding knowledge and professional boundaries
Right to work in the UK and excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete
Full UK driving licence and access to a car, preferred
Level 3 Children & Young People / Residential Childcare or working towards would be beneficial.
