We have a great temp-to-perm opportunity available with Creative Support in the Telford (TF7) area that we think could be a great fit for you.


What's on offer:

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
  • Consistent rota including evenings and weekends

The role:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting. This is a rewarding, person-centred position focused on promoting independence, dignity, and helping individuals live fulfilling lives within their community.

You will be building meaningful relationships, supporting daily living skills, encouraging choice and independence, and making a genuine difference every day.

What we need:


Experience – A Minimum of 6 months paid UK experience within Healthcare supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism

Reliability - Being dependable and punctual is essential. We also need you to have a will to travel to locations across your local area.

Empathy - The ability to understand and share the feelings of others is crucial. Empathetic Support Workers build trust and emotional connection with those they support.

Good Communication Skills - Clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and colleagues helps ensure needs are understood and met effectively.

Adaptability - Every day can be different. Great care assistants are flexible and able to respond to changing needs, environments, and behaviours.

Attention to Detail - Noticing small changes in a person’s condition or behaviour can make a big difference in early intervention and quality of care.

Teamwork - Working collaboratively with other professionals ensures holistic support and a positive working environment.

Respect for Privacy and Dignity - Maintaining confidentiality and treating individuals with dignity is fundamental to ethical care.

Willingness to Learn - Healthcare is always evolving. A great Support Worker is open to training, feedback, and continuous improvement.
