We are recruiting Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to young adults aged 16–25 within supported living settings.
This is a lone working role, where you will be responsible for supporting individuals independently during your shift. You will be working with young people transitioning into adulthood, helping them build confidence, life skills, and independence.
Duties include:
Supporting with daily living and independence
Encouraging confidence and life skills
Following care plans
Keeping records up to date
Requirements:
Experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals
Reliable and able to work alone
Good communication skills
Level 1 Safe Guarding Children
Experience working with young people, children, or vulnerable individuals
Confidence to work independently (lone working)
Strong understanding of safeguarding and boundaries
Reliable, responsible, and able to make decisions on shift
