Support Worker – Young Adults (16–25), Leyland

We are recruiting Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to young adults aged 16–25 within supported living settings.

This is a lone working role, where you will be responsible for supporting individuals independently during your shift. You will be working with young people transitioning into adulthood, helping them build confidence, life skills, and independence.

Please note: We do not offer visa sponsorship and cannot accept applications from candidates currently on a sponsored visa.

Duties include:

• Supporting with daily living and independence
• Encouraging confidence and life skills
• Following care plans
• Keeping records up to date

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals
• Reliable and able to work alone
• Good communication skills
• Level 1 Safe Guarding Children
• Experience working with young people, children, or vulnerable individuals
• Confidence to work independently (lone working)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and boundaries
• Reliable, responsible, and able to make decisions on shift
