Requirements

Essential

Previous experience managing services supporting older people, individuals with mental health needs, or learning disabilities.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role within a CQC registered setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care compliance.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance targets.
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
Eligible to register with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager.

Desirable

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults).
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
Relevant health, social care, housing, or support qualification.
