The Role
As a Wellbeing Support Practitioner, you will bring person-centred support to life by making each individual's voice, choice and aspirations the driving force behind everything you do.
You will help people build daily living skills, develop independence and access meaningful social, recreational and vocational opportunities.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals to live fuller, richer and more connected lives while promoting physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

What We're Looking For
Care Certificate or equivalent
Experience providing care or support within health or social care settings
Ability to make appropriate autonomous decisions within your level of competence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to individual needs
Good ICT skills
Resilience, adaptability and emotional intelligence
Strong problem-solving skills
Compassionate and person-centred approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility and responsiveness within dynamic care environments
Patience and emotional regulation in high-pressure situations
Drivers who are willing to travel across multiple services within the Morpeth area
Individuals available for both day and night shifts
