We Are Recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers
Whether your experience is in elderly care, dementia care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health, physical disabilities, or complex care needs, we have flexible and rewarding opportunities available.
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care within clients' homes.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures.
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration needs.
- Administer or prompt medication in line with training and care plans.
- Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
- Accompany clients to appointments and support community engagement where required.
- Accurately record care provided and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, and company policies at all times.
What We're Looking For

- A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous (depending on location).
