About You

You'll ideally have:

Level 5 Leadership & Management.
Level 3 Children's Residential qualification.
Five years' residential childcare experience.
Two years' management experience.
Strong Ofsted knowledge.
Passion for therapeutic care.
Excellent leadership skills.
