About You

You will have:

Management experience within adult social care.
Experience of Supported Living, Community Support, Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health services.
A strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and relevant social care legislation.
Experience leading and developing staff teams.
Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work effectively with families, commissioners and external professionals.
Good IT, organisational and reporting skills.
A full UK Driving Licence.
Access to a vehicle for business use.
A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or willingness to work towards this.
