Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for motivated nurses to join our team at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, providing high-quality care and rehabilitation for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
About the Role
As an RGN with Cucumber Healthcare, you will:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including therapists, healthcare assistants and doctors.
Support patients with rehabilitation and recovery.
Promote independence and help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
Current NMC registration.
Excellent communication and clinical skills.
A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous rehabilitation, community or acute care experience is desirable but not essential.
