About the Service
The service is a registered nine-bed residential home currently supporting eight adults with complex needs.

The Role

Working closely with your Regional Manager, you'll ensure the home continues to provide safe, effective and person-centred care whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance and supporting the continued development of your team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility, approachability and leading by example are essential.
