Cucumber Recruitment is one of the UK's fastest growing care staffing agencies, and we're looking for driven, competitive sales advisors to join our team in Urmston, Manchester.
We fill more than 50,000 shifts a year for care homes, nursing homes and supported living services across the UK. When a home is short staffed, they rely on us to get the right people through the door, fast. Your job is to get more homes working with us.
The role
* Winning new care home and care provider clients by phone, email and face to face
* Building a pipeline and turning conversations into regular, repeat business
* Growing existing accounts so homes use us more, and for more roles
* Smashing targets, and getting paid properly for it
What we're looking for
* Hunger. You want to earn and you're not scared of the phone
* Resilience. A "no" today is a "yes" next month
* Great communication and a natural confidence with people
* Sales experience is a bonus, especially recruitment or B2B, but attitude matters more than CV
