The successful candidate will have a strong, positive work ethos and enjoy a role that has a key focus on customer service and speaking with others. Shift Cover Coordinators facilitate shift cover for our services nationally via our bank of contracted relief staff and also through agreed agencies, in addition to acting as the first point of contact for temporary workers queries. The right candidate would be offered the role full time after a 12 week period. Job role - fulfilling shifts centrally that come in via email, answering the phones to deal with queries from agencies and the internal care home managers, A good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel). You will be working with a young vibrant team and a very good working environment.
