Job Role

You will be responsible for the operational management of a high quality supported living service located in Blackpool. You will ensure that the service provided is responsive to the needs and preferences of service users and their families. You will ensure that all contract requirements and expectations are fully met. You will ensure that service users receive individualised person centred support which enables them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible.
