Job Title: Area Manager Supported Living Services
We have an exciting opportunity available as a Area Manager at Creative Support, overseeing 8 services.
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation promoting the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. We do this by working with the people we support, their families and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high-quality services to meet individual needs and aspirations.
Are you a highly motivated, professional individual with experience of supporting people with a mental health need, a learning disability and autism to enjoy a full life? Do you have the skills, knowledge and positive values to be able to lead our team of Support Workers to deliver an effective, person-centred support service?
Our focus is on providing person-centred, outcome focused support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in the local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes. The Registered Manager will ensure that the service maximises positive outcomes and achieves the highest standards of service delivery, contract and CQC compliance. You will be responsible for all aspects of operational management, including:
- To have responsibility for the development and operational management of a varied range of community support and supported living services for multiple clients groups within West Midlands. To ensure that the services provided are personalised and tailored to the individual needs and preferences of service users and their families. To ensure that all contract requirements and expectations are fully met and that a high quality service is provided at all times.
- To register and maintain the position of Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission for the services for which you are operationally responsible where this is a requirement of the service.
- To ensure that service users receive individualised person centred support which enables them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to enjoy well being and opportunities for personal development.
- To contribute to the wider development of Creative Support’s services. To develop excellent partnerships and relationships with stakeholders and to ensure that Creative support has an excellent reputation.
