We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with the CQC's Fundamental Standards and manage all aspects of CQC inspections.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality of care and safety.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments, quality assurance audits, and service reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a competent and compliant workforce.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, including care plans, staff records, and compliance documentation.
- Handle safeguarding concerns and other incidents in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring the financial sustainability of the service.
