Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Travel across the Trafford area, working in designated localities to meet the needs of our service.
- Clear communication is essential, so candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in clients' needs to the management team.
