Cucumber Recruitment provide healthcare cover to private care homes, councils and hospitals across the UK, we have over 150 clients we actively manage and we have a bank of over 2000 Healthcare Assistants and Nurses.

Located in our Urmston office, we are looking for an organised individual that can build relationships with the our providers and facilitate a concise booking process and ultimately grow the accounts that you will be looking after


The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Staffing Coordinator to join our Urmston office. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client accounts and staffing requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with providers
  • Coordinating and booking shifts quickly and accurately
  • Working with our internal recruitment and compliance teams
  • Supporting the growth and retention of client accounts


Working Hours & Pay

  • Initial Training Period: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Post-Training Rotating Shifts:
    • 7:00am – 2:00pm
    • 10:00am – 5:00pm
    • 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Alternate weekends required: 7:00am – 10:00pm
  • Salary: £25,000 per annum
  • Overtime: Paid at £12.21 per hour
  • Commission: Approx. £12,000 per year if targets are met

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable using databases and booking systems
  • Background in customer service, recruitment, or healthcare (preferred)
