Are you a confident, compassionate leader with experience supporting people with learning disabilities?
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to lead and manage a supported living service that empowers adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.


The Role:

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care, staff supervision, and person-centred support. You’ll work closely with service users, families, and staff to ensure individual needs, goals, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support and supervise a team of care staff
  • Coordinate care planning, medication, and health appointments
  • Encourage community participation and independent living
  • Manage staff rotas, incidents, and service reporting
  • Liaise with families, external professionals, and key agencies

You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Experience in supervising or managing care staff
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and positive behavioural support
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts including evenings/weekends)
