Are you an experienced team leader or deputy manager ready to take the next step into project management?
We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Project Manager to lead a high-quality supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in Blackpool.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and motivating a team of support staff, delivering outstanding person-centred care
  • Ensuring services meet all CQC standards, contractual obligations, and best practices
  • Coordinating person-centred rotas, supervision, training and appraisals
  • Supporting service users to achieve independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
  • Managing incidents, safeguarding concerns, and complex behaviours with Positive Behaviour Support strategies
  • Promoting partnerships with families, healthcare professionals, and community groups
  • Contributing to service improvement, audits, evaluations, and compliance reporting
  • Maintaining high standards of administration, finance, and health & safety

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in social care
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, MCA/DoLS and safeguarding
  • Passion for person-centred care and inclusive support practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to develop rotas, care plans, and outcome-focused support models
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including participation in an on-call rota
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards Level 5)
