Experience Required:

Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience, with recent experience in a senior or team-leading role.
Valid face-to-face Moving and Handling of People certificate.
Confidence in administering medication and updating care documentation.
Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred support.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Right to work in the UK.
