Are you an experienced care leader passionate about quality and compliance?
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our specialist addiction and mental health service in Manchester. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards of care, CQC compliance, and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver person-centred support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service in line with CQC regulations and best practice.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and development of staff.
  • Ensure robust safeguarding and health & safety practices.
  • Build effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead quality assurance, audits, and inspections, including CQC visits.

Essential Requirements:

  • CQC Registered Manager (or eligible to register).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing a regulated care service, ideally in addiction/mental health.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
