If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Service Manager at Keswick Gardens, a vibrant supported living community with 88 apartments and 600–800 hours of care delivered weekly.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, resilient, and organised leader to take day-to-day responsibility for service operations. You’ll be joining a dynamic management team supporting approximately 35 staff, working alongside two other managers focused on customer-facing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage rota planning, shift coverage, and general service delivery
Oversee medication systems and pharmacy transitions for new service users
Ensure staff are fully trained and compliant
Provide effective leadership, support, and performance reviews for staff
Handle stakeholder engagement, particularly with the local authority
Maintain high standards in line with CQC and internal policies (no registration duties required)
