If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Service Manager at Keswick Gardens, a vibrant supported living community with 88 apartments and 600–800 hours of care delivered weekly.
The Role
We are looking for a confident, resilient, and organised leader to take day-to-day responsibility for service operations. You’ll be joining a dynamic management team supporting approximately 35 staff, working alongside two other managers focused on customer-facing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rota planning, shift coverage, and general service delivery
- Oversee medication systems and pharmacy transitions for new service users
- Ensure staff are fully trained and compliant
- Provide effective leadership, support, and performance reviews for staff
- Handle stakeholder engagement, particularly with the local authority
- Maintain high standards in line with CQC and internal policies (no registration duties required)
