About the role

We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to provide person-centred care in [care home/supported living/learning disability] settings. You’ll help people live safely and as independently as possible, with dignity and choice at the heart of everything we do.


We have 24/48 hours shift available with accommodation provided


What you’ll do

  • Support with personal care, medication prompts/recording (as trained), meals, hydration and mobility.
  • Enable daily living: routines, household tasks, community access and meaningful activities.
  • Use positive behaviour support, clear communication and de-escalation where required.
  • Keep accurate care notes/incident records and report concerns promptly.
  • Work as part of a team and hand over clearly between shifts.
  • Safeguard service users by following care plans, risk assessments and policies.

Experience Required :

  • Experience of supported living services for adults
  • Driver with access to a vehicle (preferred)
  • Experience with profound learning and physical disabilities
  • 6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home or supported living service
  • Wanting to work 24/48 hour shifts with accommodation provided
  • Medication Administration (we can provide this training if you don't already have it)
