Role: Care Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in residential, nursing, or community settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting with mobility and physical activity
  • Monitoring and recording health conditions
  • Engaging with service users to provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment
  • For Support Workers – administering medication

 

This is an agency-based role where you will have the ability to work in different locations.

What we need:


Experience – A Minimum of 6 months paid UK experience within a Healthcare environment

Reliability - Being dependable and punctual is essential. We also need you to have a will to travel to locations across your local area.
