The role
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes—supporting independence, dignity, privacy and wellbeing. You’ll follow care plans and risk assessments, record visits accurately, and escalate concerns quickly and appropriately.
What you’ll do
· Personal care: washing, dressing, continence care, oral/skin/hair care, mobility support.
· Support with meals, hydration and light domestic tasks (as per care plan).
· Medication support at the agreed level, following MAR sheets and guidance.
· Companionship and support with community access (appointments, shopping, social activities where required).
· Accurate record keeping and timely reporting of changes/concerns to the office or out-of-hours team.
· Work safely (PPE, infection prevention, manual handling) and follow policies/procedures at all times.
· Attend training, supervisions and team meetings.
Hours
Flexible, depending on the needs of the business minimum of 39 hours per week (rota-based incl. evenings/weekends)
