This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Deputy Manager, Supported Living Manager, Care Manager or Project Manager looking to progress their career within a person-centred organisation that is committed to delivering outstanding support and positive outcomes for the people it supports.
The successful candidate will lead a specialist service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered whilst maintaining compliance, safeguarding standards and service excellence.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the service. You will lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring that support is delivered in a way that promotes independence, wellbeing, choice and inclusion.
You will work closely with service users, families, healthcare professionals, social workers and partner agencies to ensure individuals receive the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop staff teams to deliver high-quality support services.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the service and ensure staffing resources are effectively coordinated.
- Provide leadership, supervision, coaching and performance management to staff.
- Ensure person-centred support plans, risk assessments and support strategies are implemented effectively.
- Promote Positive Behaviour Support approaches and best practice.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints are managed appropriately and in line with policy.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, organisational policies and contractual requirements.
- Monitor service quality through audits, observations, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage recruitment, induction, retention and workforce development.
- Develop positive working relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, social workers and external agencies.
- Support service users to achieve independence, community inclusion and positive outcomes.
- Contribute to service development, performance monitoring and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in the on-call management rota.
