The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a well-established children's home, ensuring every young person receives safe, nurturing and therapeutic care within a stable, child-centred environment.

You'll work closely with senior leaders to develop your team, drive quality improvements and achieve positive Ofsted outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overall operational management of the home.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Lead safeguarding practice.
• Recruit, mentor and develop staff.
• Manage rotas, budgets and occupancy.
• Oversee care planning and risk management.
• Build excellent relationships with commissioners and professionals.
• Prepare for inspections.
• Deliver continuous quality improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Level 5 Leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted.
• Experience supporting children affected by trauma.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
